As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will maintain Product Quality & Food safety Standards compliance across the business and support the Bakery to produce all products right first time.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Organising and driving process improvements
• Conducting internal quality systems audits
• Daily reporting on product reviews
• Following up consumer complaints and internal non-compliance issues
• Daily GMP checks
• Monitor HACCP
• Assist in microsampling, micro swabbing etc
• Perform shelf life extensions
• Daily calibration of all equipment

Skills and experience:

• Experience in a similar Quality Assurance position, food experience preferable
• A degree in food science or related discipline
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders within the business
• Be self-motivated
